Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of models, overseeing their careers and ensuring their success in the fashion industry.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with international clients, fashion brands and industry influencers.
• Collaborate with casting directors, photographers, and stylists to secure bookings for our models for runway shows, editorial shoots, campaigns, and other fashion-related projects.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to models, assisting them in developing their skills, portfolios, and personal brand.
• Negotiate contracts and financial agreements, ensuring favorable terms and fair compensatio for both the agency and models.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market demands, and emerging talents to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
